
A card on file is required to secure a med spa appointment or before a surgical procedure can be scheduled.

If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, a $50 fee will be charged.

If you arrive more than 7 minutes late, services may be abbreviated or canceled.
If an appointment is canceled, our cancellation fee will apply.

Only one guest may accompany the patient.
For safety reasons, children may not wait alone in the lobby. They may remain in the treatment room if no lasers or needles are used.

If you cancel or reschedule 4 weeks or less before surgery, please refer to the fee policy you signed at the time of scheduling for additional details.

We are happy to offer exchanges on unopened and unused skincare items within 14 days of purchase.
If you receive a product that’s damaged, please let us know within 7 days for a replacement.

All packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire 2 years after the date of purchase.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be applied toward surgical procedures or fees.
Gift cards do not expire.
