Thank you for taking the time to read this. Please understand the following boundaries are in place to allow a high level of care to all patients and to protect the team we have assembled to deliver that care.
Card on File
Required to make a med-spa appointment or to get on the surgery schedule after a consult.
Move or Cancel a Clinic or Med-Spa Appointment
Notify us before 24 hours of your appointment to avoid a $50 fee.
Late Arrivals "7 Minute Rule"
Services may be abbreviated or canceled if you are more than 7 minutes late.
Move or Cancel a Scheduled Surgery
Notify us before 4 weeks of your scheduled surgery date to avoid a fee. The fee increases at 2 weeks out. Reference the policy you signed at time of scheduling for all the details.
1 Guest, No Children Preferred
Only one guest may accompany the patient. And we love kids, but they can distract your provider. If one comes, a child must be able to sit quietly in the treatment room with you.
